At BBQFlip, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

BBQFlip is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building/mailroom first.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
