Refund Policy

At BBQFlip, we want you to feel confident with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your BBQFlip grill must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Free from damage, heavy wear, food residue, smoke marks, or signs of use
Returned with all included parts and accessories

Because this is a cooking product, grills that have been used for food preparation may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear photo or video of the issue, and a photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our return process.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for used grills, items damaged by misuse, items missing original parts or packaging, final sale items, or products with food residue, burn marks, or signs of cooking use.
